The apartment has its own entrance. Large windows and wooden French doors open onto a private garden and a covered terrace with a table for four, a ceiling fan, and a grill. There are two bedrooms and two baths. The master has a queen bed, its own shower, and a large window onto the garden. The second bedroom has two twin beds, its own shower, and a window onto the side garden. The kitchen is a real kitchen, not a kitchenette: gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. A washer and dryer are in the apartment.
Interior Features:
Included in the rent: high-speed internet, electricity, gas, Cable Onda (a Firestick or similar can be plugged into the TV), maid service every other week, and garbage pickup and gardening twice a week. The water is filtered and purified, including UV treatment, and the filtration system is serviced every month.
A golf cart is included for getting around Valle Escondido. Battery backup covers the essentials if the power blinks. Recycling is at the station by the community gate.
Pets are possible with advance approval.
Exterior Features:
A guest membership at the country club (valleescondidoboquete.com) can be arranged directly with the club. It provides access to the resort amenities: the executive golf course, pools, spa, and gym. We will help with the guest pass and confirm the current rate.
Rent is $2,400 a month. We prefer a one-year lease. We can sometimes arrange shorter stays at a higher rate, and the community minimum is 45 days. Ask, and we will quote what is available.
A signed lease is required. A $2,400 security deposit and the first month’s rent are due before move-in. Rent is due on the 1st and must be received by the 5th. Shorter stays are paid in full before arrival, plus the deposit.
